No Shows/Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
In the unfortunate event that a client is a same day cancellation/no show there a 100% service charge and their deposit will be forfeited.
If you are running more than 7 minutes late, I will do everything to accommodate your appointment. If I am unable to see you for your scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER DATES.
